A Read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. Chances are someone has asked that question in the past, and we have already answered your question here.
B Join our Midnight Mage User Groups. All of our products have Yahoo User groups dedicated to them. At the site, users can find not only the answers to technical questions, but also see some of the creative ideas other users have come up with. This is the way to hear announcements, read what other people are using our software to do, or post ideas/comments of your own.

D Read the Manual! We know that you won't at first, which is why we place this item fourth. Still, all of our products ship with built in Help system or separate Manual file. Once you start using the software, or have a question at any point, check the documentation we provide.
