When you first launch RollCall Directory, the application automatically brings up the main display window. Select the address book tab (if not already selected) and the window will show you the exact image of what you can expect to see on the printed page. Plus, you can go to print at any time. There is no long sequence of steps that must be completed before you can print.

You can go to the Layout menu, or to the tool bar buttons to change which group or directory you want, which fields to display and even what picture or graphic to include.

Your address book will have all sorts of entries! Your address book may also contain lists such as a study group, a scout troop or a sports team of which you are a member. You divide these entries into directories within your address book.
